Bellam Puthrekulu or Jaggery Pootharekulu

Bellam putharekulu or Jaggery Pootharekulu are very famous in Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh. They are made with rice sheets rolled inside with jaggery powder, pure and fresh ghee. They melt in mouth as they are prepared with outmost care and hygiene.

Rice sheets, Pure ghee , Jaggery powder.
