Challa mirapakayalu or Oora mirapakayalu

Challa mirapakayalu also called ad oora mirapakayalu or majjiga mirapakayalu are very famous in Andhra Pradesh and parts of Telangana and other southern states. They are curd soaked dry chilies mixed with salt , later they are sun-dried to get a perfect texture for deep fry in oil. They are consumed in dal curries, curd rice, Sambar, Rasam etc. The recipe we create is taken from our grand mothers and we prepare it with a lot of care and hygiene.

Green chilies, curd and crystal salt .
