Dryfruit Putharekulu or Dryfruit Pootharekulu (Jaggery)

Dryfruit Putharekulu or Dryfruit Pootharekulu (Jaggery )are famous in Godavari districts of Andhra Pradesh.They are prepared by using thin rice sheets rolled inside with fresh cashews, pista, badam, pure ghee and fresh jaggery powder.  The recipe is curated from Athreyapuram made with care and hygiene.
