Gummadi Vadiyalu or Pumpkin fryums

Gummadi Vadiyalu or pumpkin fryums are popular in Andhra Pradesh especially in the Godavari Districts. They are prepared by the recipe curated by our great grandmothers. They are prepared using pumpkin and other spices like ginger, cumin etc. They are consumed along with Dal (pappu) curry , Sambar, Rasam etc. 

Ingredients used:

Rice Flour,Chickpea Flour (Besan),Ajwain (Carom Seeds),Cumin Seeds (Jeera),Salt, Turmeric Powder , Chillis, etc
