Minapa Vadiyalu or Urad Dal fryums

Minapa Vadiyalu are very famous in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and other southern states. They are prepared by mixing urad dal soaked paste and other spices such as chili's, cumin, ginger etc. They are consumed along side of Dal curry with rice or Sambar rice or Rasam rice or can be consumed like chips too. The recipe is curated by our grandmothers and prepared freshly in batches.
