Peasara vadiyalu are very famous in Andhra Pradesh and other southern states of India. They are prepared using  freshly cleaned and over night soaked moong dal mixed with spices such as cumin, ginger, garlic, etc. These fryums are consumed along with Sambar rice, Rasam rice, Dal rice, etc. The recipe is curated by our Grand mothers very carefully and is prepared using fresh ingredients.

  • Moong dal (also known as green gram, pesara pappu, or pasi parupu)
  • Green chilies
  • Salt
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Red chili powder
